Gender Crisis
By trans nerds, for trans nerds, Gender Crisis sits at the intersection of media, sociology, and the trans experience. Together, we take a curious, vulnerable, and friendship-based approach to exploring the question, "What does it mean to be trans in today's world?"
Hosted by RTA alum Flynn Mason (he/him) and student of sociology Riss Bolen (they/them), this unique chatcast offers a welcoming window into the genuine energy of organic trans friendship; blending tangents, community participation, and the occasional gender crisis to collaboratively unpack the questions that plague the gender diverse community each and every episode.
Part non-fiction storytelling, part social science, and part media analysis, Gender Crisis builds a space for trans listeners seeking trans community, and for anyone curious enough to question what they thought they knew.
